Privacy policy

Effective date : 14 October 2026

This English version is provided for information only. The Dutch version is the authoritative text. Privacyverklaring

In brief

  • We mainly process what you send us: contact details, scheduling, billing and session files.
  • No newsletters, no ad cookies and we do not sell personal data.
  • Recordings are used only for your project; never for AI training without separate written consent.
  • Questions or requests: [email protected] or 020 808 4193 — we usually reply within 2 business days.

1. Who is responsible?

Mormonyra B.V. ("we"), a private limited company (B.V.) registered at Haarlemmerweg 178, 1051 CV Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller for personal data collected on mormonyra.click and in direct contact about bookings, recording, mixing, mastering and podcast work at our Amsterdam studio.

We process data under the GDPR and Dutch implementation law. A data protection officer is not mandatory for our size. Privacy contact: [email protected] or 020 808 4193. Company details: legal notice.

2. Scope

This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us, and clients who book services. It explains our practices and your rights.

When we record or edit on behalf of a business client — for example podcast guests for a production company — that client decides how recordings are published. We then act as processor under our data processing agreement; those individuals should rely primarily on the client’s policy.

3. Data we process

Via contact: name, email, phone (optional), service requested, preferred date (optional) and project description. Required fields are needed to reply and prepare a quote.

Booking and delivery: billing details, artist or band name, scheduling, email and phone exchanges, payment references. A 30% deposit may apply under our terms.

Recordings and files: voice and performance are personal data when you are identifiable. We keep session files for up to 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion or we agree otherwise.

Technical: host TransIP B.V. processes server logs (IP, time, page, browser) for security. Your cookie choice is stored locally; see cookie policy.

We do not ask for special-category data. Sessions for people under 16 are arranged through a parent or guardian.

We do not sell or rent data. We do not send marketing email. Rates on the site include 21% VAT; see services.

5. Voice, image and AI

Your voice and performance involve privacy and personality rights. We do not publish session excerpts, client photos or names on mormonyra.click without prior written consent.

We do not use client recordings to train, test or improve AI systems, and we do not create synthetic voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.

If you film during a session, you remain responsible for what you capture and share.

6. Recipients

Only team members who need access for the job can view data. Recipients may include:

  • TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands), hosting mormonyra.click and mail in the Netherlands/EU;
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, United States), forwarding the contact form to our inbox;
  • our accountant, for billing data;
  • our bank, for payments;
  • authorities, when required by law.

Processors are bound by contract (Art. 28 GDPR). Business clients: data processing agreement.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Hosting and storage are mainly in the Netherlands/EU. FormSubmit processes form content in the United States. That transfer is necessary to deliver your message when you use the form (Art. 49 GDPR, steps at your request).

To avoid this route, email [email protected] or call 020 808 4193 directly; we handle your request the same way.

8. Security

We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS, restricted access with strong passwords, locked premises outside sessions, encrypted backups where feasible, and deletion of session files after the agreed period.

If a breach risks your rights, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and inform you when required. No online transmission is completely risk-free; once received, we protect data as described here.

9. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

Contact [email protected] or write to Haarlemmerweg 178, 1051 CV Amsterdam. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests with notice. We may ask for identity proof when reasonable.

You may complain to the AP via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. Contact us first when possible. Practical answers: FAQ.

10. Cookies

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only your choice is stored for 182 days in localStorage under mrmn_consent_v1. Manage preferences via or read cookie policy.

11. External links

The site links to maps and app stores. Those providers apply their own privacy rules; we are not responsible for their processing.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when services or law change. The version on this page applies from 14 October 2026. Material changes may be emailed to active clients where appropriate.
