Booking and payment
How do I request a session?
Use the contact form, 020 808 4193 or [email protected]. State service, estimated duration, track or speaker count and preferred dates. We reply within 2 working days with a slot proposal and written quote.
When is a booking firm?
After written acceptance of the quote and receipt of the 30 % deposit. Without deposit we hold the slot only for the period stated on the quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card payment in the studio on session day for consumers. Business clients pay within 14 days of invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Free up to 7 days before start. Inside that window our terms and conditions govern whether the deposit is kept or offset. Contact us for illness or force majeure; we aim for a fair solution.
Do I have a cooling-off right as a consumer?
Distance booking may trigger withdrawal rights under consumer law. If you ask us to perform on a specific date before the cooling-off period ends, a proportionate amount may be due on withdrawal. Full explanation is in our terms.
During the session
How long does it take to record a song?
Lead and doubles for a three- to four-minute pop track usually need two to four hours of vocal recording, including warm-up and comping. Hard parts or many ad-libs can take longer; we align expectations before start.
Can I bring someone along?
One or two guests in control are welcome. For larger groups we agree in advance so focus and safety in the live room stay intact.
Do you provide instruments?
The live ensemble setup typically includes drums, bass amp, keyboard stand and guitar amps. Bring your own guitars, bass and strings. We do not rent guitars or basses.
What if we run over time?
Extension only by agreement and if the next slot allows. Extra hours are invoiced at the booked service hourly rate on services.
Should I bring headphones?
No; closed and semi-open pairs are available. If you rely on a familiar set, bring it.
Files and delivery
In which format do you deliver recordings?
Multitracks and bounces default to 24-bit WAV at project sample rate (usually 48 kHz). Delivery via secure download link or agreed cloud folder.
How long do you keep sessions?
24 months after the last session day on our systems. Then we delete archives. Back up in time; see export stems for mix in guides.
How many revisions are included in mix and mastering?
2 revision rounds within the original scope for offline mix production and mastering. Extra rounds or new requests are priced upfront.
Can I take raw multitracks to mix at home?
Yes, against agreed hours or flat fee. We supply a clear track list and consistent naming. Podcast basic editing is described on the podcast page.
Do you support stem export for external mixers?
Yes. Stem groups, effects prints and dry where possible; we agree details before export. Article export stems lists our checklist.
Rights and privacy
Who owns the recordings?
After full payment for the agreed service, recordings made for you belong to you as client, subject to our terms and any third-party samples you supply.

Do you use voices for AI training?
