1. Purpose of the website
The Mormonyra site (Mormonyra B.V., Haarlemmerweg 178, Amsterdam) describes our recording studio, services and workflow. It helps visitors and clients orient themselves. Nothing here replaces an individual quote, session plan or signed agreement.
2. Accuracy and updates
We aim to keep information correct about hours (Mon–Fri 9:30–18:30, Sat by appointment), gear (for example 26 microphones and 32 inputs) and process. Errors or outdated sections can still occur. We may change copy, rates and photos without prior notice. This disclaimer was last updated: 14 October 2026.

3. Prices and availability
Figures such as €280 for a podcast block or €545 for album mastering are guide prices including 21% VAT. Room and engineer availability depends on the calendar when you book. Only a written quote with a confirmed date is binding; see article 5 of the terms.
4. No guarantee of results
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative technical services. Outcomes depend on your preparation, material, performance and market context. We commit professional effort and suitable tools, not chart placement, stream counts or a specific artistic result. Technical notes in guides (for example choosing mics) are guidance, not promises.
5. External links and tools
When we link out (maps, the ODR platform, etc.), we do so for convenience. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy or uptime. The contact form uses FormSubmit; transfer details are in legal notice and the privacy policy.
6. Liability for using the site
For harm arising from relying on website text alone, without a contract, we exclude liability to the extent permitted by law. For services you book, article 13 of the terms applies.
You use the site at your own risk. We are not liable for outages caused by hosting (TransIP B.V.) or maintenance, except in cases of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.
7. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Mormonyra B.V. or is used with permission. Commercial copying or republishing without consent is not allowed. Audio and images illustrate our studio; reuse beyond fair dealing needs permission.
